Naming convention (6 rules)

Every new tag follows: [prefix] specific value in lowercase with spaces

  1. Square brackets around the prefix.
  2. Lowercase everywhere. LW tags are case-sensitive.
  3. Spaces between words. No hyphens / underscores in the value.
  4. Same exact string in GHL workflow, Zap, LW automation rule.
  5. Regular hyphen, never en-dash.
  6. One concept, one tag. Search this Bible before creating anything.
5-step checklist for creating a new tag
  1. Search this Bible first using the search above.
  2. Pick the right prefix. If none fits, propose a new prefix to Jet BEFORE creating any tag with it.
  3. Write value in lowercase with spaces between words.
  4. For customer / interest / trial tags: verify the same string in GHL Add Tag step + Zap Add Tags to User + LW automation rule trigger. Reopen the LW automation after save to confirm the prefix didn't get stripped.
  5. Document the new tag here once stable.
